Shipping policy

PAYMENT

Payment for the Goods is made in the national currency (Ukrainian hryvnia) and exclusively in cashless (non-cash) form.

Payment can be made using the following methods:

  • full payment to the Individual Entrepreneur’s bank account;

  • cash on delivery via postal service with an advance payment of UAH 200 (please note the additional commission, which is paid by the Buyer independently).

After the Order is reviewed and all details related to delivery terms and methods are agreed upon, the Buyer receives an invoice or payment details by email or by another convenient method. The invoice or payment details are valid for a limited period of 3 business days. If the Goods are not paid for within this period, the Order is canceled.


ORDER

Until payment is made, the Order is considered a preliminary calculation and does not constitute grounds for commencing work on the Order.
If payment is not received within 3 business days, the Order is canceled.


DELIVERY

The dispatch time for the Goods is within 5 business days from the date of payment.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday after 3:00 PM.

Orders are delivered using the method agreed upon with the Buyer.

Delivery is available via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

Delivery by the carrier is at the Buyer’s expense.

The delivery cost is not included in the price of the Goods.

Free delivery may be available in special cases (promotions, sales, etc.). Information about free delivery in such cases will be indicated on the product pages or promotional pages.

The storage period for parcels at Nova Poshta is 7 days, after which they are automatically returned (in accordance with the agreement with Nova Poshta).


RECEIPT OF GOODS

Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer must check the number of packages and visually inspect the integrity of each package.

If significant damage caused during transportation is discovered, the Buyer must unpack the Goods at the carrier’s branch or in the presence of the courier and check the condition of the Goods. If mechanical damage resulting from transportation is found, a damage report must be drawn up in accordance with the delivery terms of the specific carrier.

If damage to the Goods is discovered after receipt, provided there are no external mechanical damages to the packaging, the Buyer must contact the Seller to arrange claim documentation.

Important!
For replacement of damaged Goods or parts, a mandatory condition for exchange is the absence of any signs of installation or use on the parts.
