RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges and returns are made within 14 days from the date of purchase. For returns or exchanges, fill out the "Exchange and Return Form" that is in your package and send it to:

Attention!

Returns/exchanges are made at the customer's expense. Exception: error on the part of the Seller. You can also arrange through Easy Return. More information on how to organize Easy Return can be found on the Nova Poshta website.

The product must be in its original packaging and with tags; without stains, foundation and perfume. Upon receipt of the return, the Product is checked for wear and other damage and then the funds are returned to the bank details provided by the Buyer.

REFUND TIME

Refunds are made within 2-7 business days from the moment of receipt of the parcel with the Goods.
